| I went to Abbottabad with
my friend Nadeem. His brother is a doctor in the army and has a house
over-looking the Abbotabad valley. Nadeem and I stayed there only one
night as we were going to meet other friends in Islamabad the next day.
Abbotabad was founded by Sir James Abbott, a deputy commissioner of
British India. It was an important British military post and now has
several Pakistani military institutions as well home to several reputable
medical colleges.
