While working for Mannatech, I was sent to work in England for 5 months, to setup the computer systems and databases. I lived and worked in Basingstoke, about 50 miles southwest of London.
I was in the United Kingdom from October 1999 to March 2000. While there, I made trips to Finland, France, Holland, Belgium and Spain.
It was amazing to experience the arrival of the new millennium on London Bridge, watching the fireworks creating a breath-taking background for the Tower Bridge.
